What We Provide

What We Don't Guarantee

• Complete accuracy of third-party database information
• Future condition of any inspected vehicle
• Prevention of all mechanical issues
• Specific outcomes from report findings

Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD and displayed clearly before purchase
• Payment is required before report delivery
• We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 24 hours if report contains errors
• No refunds after report has been downloaded or viewed
• Inspection service refunds handled case-by-case
• Processing fees are non-refundable

Pre Auto Experts provides vehicle history reports and inspection services on an 'as-is' basis. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness.

We Are Not Liable For

• Decisions made based on our reports
• Undisclosed or unreported vehicle damage
• Future mechanical failures or issues
• Third-party database errors or omissions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You May Not

• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Provide false information when requesting reports
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content, reports, logos, and materials provided by Pre Auto Experts are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Rights

• You receive a license to use reports for personal use only
• Commercial use requires written permission
• You may not reproduce or distribute our materials
• We retain all intellectual property rights

Vehicle history reports are compiled from various databases at the time of generation. Information accuracy depends on:

• Timely reporting by insurance companies, law enforcement, and DMVs
• Accuracy of VIN entry and database matching
• Coverage of reporting agencies in different states
• Voluntary reporting by service centers and dealerships

Reports are not updated automatically. A new report must be purchased for current information.

Resolution Process

• Contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in California under AAA rules
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

Pre Auto Experts reports and inspections are investigative tools designed to assist in making informed decisions. They should not be the sole factor in any purchase decision.

• Reports may not include recent events (30-90 days)
• Inspections reflect condition at time of service only
• Always have a trusted mechanic inspect any used vehicle
